I am gonna do my best to present as accurate a picture of myself as I can in this little box here. I'm pretty easy going and smart and fun...quite the catch actually. Some of my favorite things include going for drives, the beach, John Hughes films as well as the works of Tim Burton, CBC R2, George Strombo, BBQ, shuffle board, cards, and washer toss! I'm a fan of yoga, that and running and working out are my zen time and they help ne clear my head and recharge my batteries after a full day of work. I love my career and am learning a lot from it. I'm also learning to play guitar and am a big fan of music, live or recorded, Tom Petty was on my bucket list and it was a dream come true to see him! Also love to read and prefer pencils over pens. I have a group of friends that I have known almost my entire life, it's pretty awesome and also a great family. I'm looking to meet someone straight, single and with a job! After that....someone to hang out with and have fun, someone that has your back and life just becomes more amazing. -I think Halifax is a great city, but I am a Cape Bretoner through and through. Live music is one of the things that makes Halifax great. One of my favorite ways to enjoy a Saturday is with an afternoon matinee and a few beer.
-I'm a beer drinker, but have just started making my own wine, so might be converted!
-My job is amazing. I truely believe you should love what you do and it should be satisfying.
-I love to golf. As a teacher with the summers off, I should be good by now, but I'm not (yet!).
-I like to read, but it takes me a really long time to read a book. I usually fall asleep after a few pages. I like to think of it is drawing out the suspense!
-My friends and family are a very important part of my life. I believe in surrounding yourself with people who make you happy.
-I'm not into drama. I see it enough in my job and try to diffuse it whenever possible.
-I love being outside. Hiking, golfing, sitting on a patio, whatever!
-I'm more of a traveller than a vacationer, although lately I've enjoyed a week or two down south on a beach. I'm due for a good trip soon.

About me... well here goes: I am a happy person, known to be prone to laughter and maybe a bit of sarcasm;) I am fairly laid back with most things.
A few pearls about me:
-I love to travel. The more I travel, the longer my bucket list becomes! Having a special someone to enjoy travelling with would be great!
-I like my job... most days.

-I enjoy sports. I'll try any sport once, however figure skating is my favourite!
