I live a simple life, not many worries and no bills! I have another 5 years to work before retirement which is just fine. I haven't decided yet what my next career will be but I tend to lean towards crafts.
I love a sence of humor and really enjoy a good laugh, dirty jokes are not part of that humor. My old fashioned self loves mutual respect in a relationship and consideration and kindness. At 55 I'm too old for head/heart games and am just looking for an honest, comfortable relationship with a friend first, then possibly a relationship that would be long term. Who knows, like I said - this is new to me. I have 2 divorces behind me, both were extremely painful and took time to heal, they have also made me gun shy so I have stayed single for the past 10 years. It does get lonely tho at times.
I am happy in my life, I enjoy great friends, and my health is good. Most times I look at life with amazement and wonder and enjoy just soaking up good times. Occasionally I get down in the dumps, hey, I'm not perfect! lol but never lasts long. I do not like confrontations I do much better with discussing and working things out.
