Date single man from Gibbons, Canada. Wow, what to say... from what I read in some of these adds, if that guy actually exists I think I would want to marry him. I am not perfect and will never claim to be. I do know who I am and what I want. I believe I am a wonderful person, I care for people and believe in treating people the way I want to be treated. I have spent over 18 years looking after and raising my children and possibly finding a companion for myself, but as I am not selfish, I have never found someone that I was comfortable having around my kids, they are now grown and I now have a LOT more me time. So many people say they are this and that but can not deliver when it comes right down to it.
I don't believe that I will find someone that is perfect nor do I expect it, but I do expect honesty (boy thats a hard one), morals and someone who is not out to control my life and play games. I always hear the phase "I don't need a man, It would just be nice to have a partner, someone to share lifes adventures with", well isn't that kind of needing someone. The other catch phase, "I want to meet someone that has no baggage", yes I agree in a way... but any one who has lived has baggage, it is how you handle it and whether you let it rule your life that matters.
I have 2 wonderful kids, a boy, I can hardly call him a boy anymore...who is 24 and a girl (young lady) who will soon be 21. I tend to work a lot of hours and in my spare time I spend most all of it camping, quading (even in the winter), sledding and working around my acreage
I am looking for a long term relationship and nothing else, I know it starts off with dating and goes from there if things go right. I do expect people who are messaging me to have a posted picture, fair is fair.
