Date a man from Canada. I am a hard working man, I work pipeline so I do work out of town alot. When I'm not working I like to go out camping and quading in the summer with my brothers and and frinds, in the winter I like going out bowling or just have a group of friends over and play poker and have a few drinks and have a good time. I think the trick is trying to be honest about the good things without being arrogant, and honest about the bad things without scaring everyone off. Truth is, most qualities go hand in hand with flaws. I'm all about the simple things in life, and I really do believe that the best things in life can't be bought.
I think it's a shame that so many people spend their entire lives pursuing careers that don't necessarily bring them any closer to actually doing and experiencing the things they love. Of course the unfortunate reality is that day to day life is expensive, and I have to be very disciplined in order to pursue a "career" or "job" as I prefer to call it to the best of my ability. I'm a pretty hard worker when I'm on the clock, but when I'm off, nothing could be further from my mind than my job!
I'm about as patient, and steady as they come, but sometimes that translates into taking longer to make decisions than it should, or not knowing what to say when it needs to be said. On the bright side I don't say as many things as I regret either :)
Sometimes I can be judgemental and opinionated, but to my knowledge, there's never been a time that I owed someone an apology and they didn't get it.
I can be kind of hard to get to know and maybe a little guarded, but I also cut other people alot of slack when I meet them, and I think I`m an above average friend to have when you do get to know me..
In all honesty, I guess you could say I`m lonely, but when I do find the right girl, I know I'll never take her for granted, and I'll give her the best life that I can..
I'm in danger of rambling here, and I wish that this profile was funnier and just a little less serious sounding, but.. it is what it is :)

Just thought I'd add this, there are a lot of gals who spend more time in their profile describing what they don't like about men and what they don't want in a relationship than they do describing themselves or what they do want. It screams of baggage. Even if you feel that way, it shouldn't be what defines you.
