Yes I am opening with a song lyric. Music is important to me because it is so much more than a melody that gets stuck in your head for days to me. Music enables us to express ourselves in the most beautiful way. Music helps me tell my stories through dance and even just by helping me blow off steam.
My friends would say that i am constantly singing or dancing along to almost any song that is playing. My friends would say that i constantly have a smile on my face and am generally laughing. I put others before myself and enjoy listening to their stories.
Seeing other people happy is what makes me smile, teaching dance is heaven, because I get to see kids develop a passion for something that i have loved all my life. I like to see my friends and family happy, these are the things that keep me going in life and who i strive to do my best for.
If i can find someone who can find the beauty in the simple little things and if i can make them laugh and feel better after a hard day then I will be happy too. Basically i want someone that i can laugh with and be myself around.
