I am quite practical and efficient - at heart I am an idealist. I am all about certain traditions - Christmas, Easter etc. I value freedom; freedom to express myself and to live life as I choose. Date men and women from Alberta, Canada. Writing about onself i find to be one of the hardest components to do. Here it goes. I am a kind, compasoniate, honest, and full of fun. I like to sometimes play on the edge at times to be adventurous. I have been a nurse for several years and will continue to practice as firstly i enjoy it and secondly my hours are very flexable.It has been a big part of my life.
After being ill a person makes some great changes in life. The items that were once important are not the case no longer. Now completly recovered, my priorties have changed and money is not one of the biggest factors in life. The most important items are family, friends, and a companion to share your life with. Someone that you can laugh with, tell stories with, cry with, and most of all be there at the end of the day when that day has been one of the worst.
I'm a mother of two children, and one five year old wonderful grandaugther. All whom i'm very fond of and try to spend as much time with as possible.
I enjoy golfing,[which i'm far from the best], i love to dance, read, cook, and go out for a quiet candle light supper with a glass of wine or two. I also enjoy the movies. Sometime a good movie is good for the soul.
I am looking for someone that has similar interests than myself. Someone that likes to travel and have a good time. Someone that is spiritual, and has faith as a component not need to be religious.
I would like some one that is romantic, likes romantic getaways sometimes being a total surprize.

Meeting someone and then having them tell me to my face he can't bear to be with a cripple really hurts. I am looking for someone who will take me for what I am, not for what I am fighting with. I am a fun loving person, I like to volunteer for the Senior centre, and love to shop. I do a lot of crafts during the winter when I can't get out.
