A good hockey game or an action flick is always on during the winter months when I am not cooking cleaning and juggling one or more of the five doctors or specialists attempting to nurture me back to health. Summer time the TV colllects dust and is rarely on except for the boy's saturday morning cartoons. I have spinal injuries and more but can walk, talk and complete a sentence. I find an open mind and a little humour helps with all of lifes challenges.

It's important for me to keep fit - I have run a half-marathon, completed a short distance tri-athalon and have completed several 10 km runs. I have recently discovered hot yoga. I love the total mind, body and spirit connection that happens during the yoga practice. I like a variety of fitness activities - so things don't get boring. lol I also love to dance. I like all genres of music. Though I do have some favs - Blue Rodeo, Lenny Kravitz, Etta James and Sarah MacLachlan.
