I have had a couple relationships along with a long term marriage which both gave me what I would like to think a growing and learning experiences. I came through them all with something positive. I am a happy confident woman, definitely not a drama queen, that is in search of someone to share my life with and to enjoy the simple things in life.
I love spending time with my adult children and my 2 grandchildren. I am now spending my time with my only companion, my dog Snickers. I would love to do some travel, I love the outdoors, gardening and relaxing socialization; not much for the fancy lifestyle like formal dining or the opera. I prefer the relaxed and casual side of life.
I have lived all the way from the Yukon to Northern Manitoba & Ontario, but was raised and educated in Northwestern Ontario. I am a retired Nurse so some sort of relaxed routine (now) is normal and necessary to me. But don't get me wrong, I do love to be spontaneous too. Read up on my horoscope, I fit in that description to a "T". I am a very down to earth & honest person & would only expect the same in return along with the asset of being able to show appreciation to one they love.
