I never really have been, but I've been diabetic for 10 years now and I found beer made it hard to control my sugar levels. I will drink an occasional beer but maybe 24 a year.
I don't own a home (yet) but I do rent an awesome log home on an acreage just outside Sherwood Park. I work as a full time contractor as well as a few side businesses that I run from my home.
I'm a big dog lover but am unable to have pets where I rent so sadly I don't have one. I do play drums but never professionally just more of a jam band type of guy.
I have been in Edmonton for about 5 years now and have no plans to go anywhere anytime soon. I'm originally from just north of Toronto and that is where my kids live and where most of my family are.

I would have to say if I am passionate about something it would be music. I have somehow been involved in music since I was a teenager and am still involved. I can't think of a life without music in it.
I use to ski professionally so it has always been a great passion for m,e although the last few years I have not been able to get out as much as I would have liked to.
