I'm pretty casual and easy going. My wardrobe mostly consists of T-shirts, jeans and hoodies... And I like to go a couple of days without shaving from time to time. But I do clean up nicely. I have a great sense of humor but it can be a little dirty at times. I think I'm half way between outgoing and shy. When I'm not working I enjoy camping, hiking, biking, fly fishing, snowboarding... basically anything outdoors. I love to read and I've never been one to say no to a match of Wii bowling. I'm more of a pub guy then a club guy, but cold beers on the deck while BBQ'n with good friends is the best. I enjoy cooking and consider myself a beer connoisseur... I'll drink a micro-brew over the mass produced variety any day (I especially hate Kokanee). I try to go to as many Flames games as I can, to watch them lose! Go Nucks!
My biggest goal right now is to see the world. I'm really interested in history so Europe is number one on my list, but Africa is a close second. When I travel I like to see the sights and take in the culture. The way I see it if I wanted to just sit around and drink I could do that at home. That being said I still like enjoy sitting on the beach with a cold beer. Snowboarding is a passion... no addiction of mine and I travel all over to get my fix. An absolute must for any girl I date is a passion for skiing or snowboarding. On warm day’s your likely to find me on the golf course or hamming it up with my English bulldog and on really warm days I’ll be on the golf course with my bulldog! Cold day’s will find me huddled in a corner, in the fetal position , rocking back and forth but if I’m not doing that then I’m on a hill trying to snowboard.
Insanely shy is the best way to describe me. A friend actually thought I was mute the first few times we met. Once I do start speaking, sarcasm is my language of choice. I understand it’s more of a defence mechanism then anything so please don’t get offended at anything that may tumble out of my mouth.
So if your willing to put up with a shy, golf playing, snowboarding, bulldog owning sarcastic guy, I just may be who you’ve been searching for!

I guess I've found it hard to meet someone that clicks with me because I know exactly what I want, and am more content to wait for it than to find something just "ok".
If you can pick a few things off this list, we've probably got a pretty good base.. not all of them, just a few :)
- like sports, and hopefully can play quite a few of them even if you don't have time to be on a team right now
- like dogs, not just puppies. If you don't really love that puppy photo, we probably aren't a match :)
- can be independent, and are OK when I need "me" time, but also quality "us" time
- ambitious in your own career, whether you went to university for it or not. I don't think it's superficial to ask for someone who has higher goals for themselves, and wants to improve from day to day. It's not about being a high priced lawyer, it's about becoming better tomorrow than you are today.
I've got a great career, live in a house close to downtown. I've got a pretty good backbone in life and the willingness to sacrifice parts of the good life I have, for someone that fits. I don't see sacrifice as a negative thing, yes we will share responsibilities and space, but if we "fit" those sacrifices only become a positive thing.
