My job doesn't leave much energy in me left to actually "work out", but considering the job itself, I think I work out plenty enough.

I cook occasionally, one of my favorite things to do is find ingredients that are interesting and mix them together. For example, one of my breakfasts included Dorito's Jalapeno and cheddar crushed tortilla chips, eggs (sunny side up), and shredded cheddar cheese. It sounds weird, but it really does taste good.

Im not going to sit here and make myself sound like something im not. Im just an average guy. I can tell you that i've never looked good in a photo :-). Instead, I'll give you a snap shot of my life at the moment. I previously lived in Chicago for 4 years (for school and work). I moved back home a couple of years ago, and spent most of that time focusing on my career. When I'm not working, I try to travel. My last trip was an East Coast tour of Toronto, Boston and New York. . I'm a Vancouver raised gentleman that moved to Edmonton about two years ago. Bar scene isn't really for be so I thought I'd try this out.
I'm a huge sports fan and I play hockey in the winter and lacrosse in the summer. I try to take good care if myself and currently go to the gym 5 days a week. Thinking about taking up yoga, but haven't gotten around to it yet.
