I've been traveling to Phoenix once or twice a year almost my entire life, I love it there! I also have family and a friend in Toronto so I've been visiting there lately a lot too. My goal for 2012 is to learn to play the electric guitar. I attempted to learn acoustic guitar a few years ago, but gave it up after a while. I have a lot of respect for guitar players, especially good ones. It's not an easy instrument to play, and you have to have a lot of dedication and skill to be really good at it.
I listen to a lot of music, especially classic rock, rock, alt. Led Zeppelin, U2, The Rolling Stones, AC/DC, Queen are just a few of my favorite bands. I also like going to concerts and have been going to more and more over the year, I'm definitely looking for someone who's also looking to do the same.
I'm a bit of a news junkie, I'm always keeping up to date on the latest news online throughout the day. I definitely get that from my Grandmother, who is addicted to cable news (which isn't necessarily a good thing!).

In the summer I like walking, or riding bike. I especially like walking, it's great exercise and helps clear my mind. I like to golf, however I don't get a chance to as much as I'd like to.

In my spare time, I love being active. I play a few competitive sports (soccer and hockey), I love anything outdoors, playing golf, driving my motorcycle, mountain biking (usually in Fish Creek, K-Country, or Banff). I'm not a gym junkie, but work out 2 or 3 times a week. I also love more laid back recreation like gardening, reading, camping, and enjoying beers on a patio with friends. 4 years later Ive found myself sponsored in Calgary. Snowboarding has kept me occupied over winter, now for the transition into summer. Buying myself a mountain bike to carve the trails of the rocky mountains.
I've hit a bit of a social rut, and im looking for someone to enjoy the outdoors with. Followed by having a few drinks in a bar downtown talking about all those epic trails that we hit in the mountains.
