First off, I believe I am a very honest man. I'm not the kind of guy who says things I do not mean; I'm not a game player! I am not at all into the bar scene or the party scene. Not sure how I'm really supposed to write this but they gave me 4000 characters so here it goes!
I was born and raised in Calgary but have lived in the USA for 8 years of my life. Most people would say I'm "white-washed" so if you're looking for someone to spend romantic nights with conversing in fluent Chinese I'm not your guy:( If you want someone who you can speak English with then keep on reading because I'm quite good at it! If you can't tell already I have a dry/sarcastic sense of humor so hopefully you aren't offended by it. I grew up playing hockey, baseball, and tennis and was lucky to be good enough at tennis to go down to the USA and play collegiate tennis. After school I stayed in the USA and had a job where I was on a plane every week. This allowed me to work, live, and visit a ton of places in the USA but after a few years the travel got old and I decided to move back to Calgary to be closer to my friends and family.
So now I guess it's time to talk about my interests and what I'm looking for....
I'm a pretty easy going guy who loves to laugh and have fun. I don't have any problems laughing at myself and I think it's a sign of self confidence so I hope you are the same way. I will try anything once (skydiving is on the list) and am fairly spontaneous. I like to stay active by playing sports (hockey, golf, softball, tennis, snowboarding) and doing anything outdoors. My last choice is always the gym but when it's -30 outside there's not much choice....I lived in Phoenix right before I moved back to Calgary and during the winter I always ponder why I ever moved but then I run into a sick power day in the mountains and I forget about it temporarily! I also forget about it when I'm at the Dome cheering on the Flames!! I have season tickets so hopefully you enjoy or are willing to give hockey a chance.
I love to travel and have been fortunate enough to visit a lot of places around the world. Some of my favorite destinations are Rome, Barcelona, Miami, NYC, Hong Kong and of course Las Vegas!! If anyone can convince me of a better place to party over a weekend please let me know and you'll get brownie points:) I still want to visit Australia, Eastern Europe, and South America so if that interests you as well, hop on board!
I like all kinds of music and have recently been getting into electronic dance music. I just went to Vegas last month for Electric Daisy Carnival and all I can say is WOW! I definitely enjoy live music and would like to go to more concerts/festivals in the future.
