It is important for me to share my life, and all the craziness that goes along with it, with someone who we both “get each other." I’ve been to a few places around the world. I love to travel and I have really have been holding back doing more because it is just that much more sharing the experience with someone. Wonderful (or sometimes less wonderful places) wonderful people = wonderful times!
Places that I have been to include: UK, different parts of the USA, and the Western tip of Canada (Tofino, BC) to the Eastern tip (St John’s NFLD). Love Maui! There’s something wonderful about a tropical island paradise with beaches and fresh fruit. That being said, next on my list is a more in-depth tour of Europe and Asia.
I really enjoy good food. It does not have to be expensive but just good. One of my most memorable meals is eating fish and chips that was prepared from the back of a school bus in Hyder, Alaska. Apparently, Al Pacino thought so too when he was shooting Insomnia there. Also a number of memorable meals were had in Tofino, BC (fresh seafood is heavenly), and Vegas!
I exercise a few times a week – try to fit it in with my busy work schedule. I really enjoy swimming because of my affinity for water. Water - Oceans and lakes have a big calming effect on me.
Downtime for me is enjoying a good movie or book at home with an excellent cup of tea.

My job is great, and I'm very dedicated to it, but I've got the work/life balance down pretty well. Unfortunate part of my job is that I'm on-call all the time, but I have great staff that I can trust to take care of things!
