I’m a designer in the oilfield industry. One of the things I do is use a program called SolidWorks that uses 3D modeling to imitate real life situations on models which makes it a very cool job.
My work isn’t for everyone – I use math all day – find it very satisfying, and love the challenges that it brings.
I’m an active guy and am always down to try new things like rock climbing, white water rafting etc.
For instance, I decided to learn a winter sport this year: snowboarding. Seems like all my friends go on these trips every weekend to board and honestly I got sick of being left out. So I made it my mission to learn it or die. I can report that it went extremely well and I hadn’t broken anything:)…unlike mountain biking:(which is something else I love to do).

Family and having morals are very important to me. Just because no one can see you do it doesn’t mean you should. I’m definitely no saint, but I got to look at myself in the mirror every morning:).
I’m looking for a girl that sticks up for herself and says what she’s thinking…like me:). Someone who enjoys learning and offers a different perspective on life. Also I’m kind of into a healthy lifestyle so that would be a big plus. I did one big trip to Tokyo a couple years ago and it was amazing so I definitely want someone who would be down for some adventure.

About myself now this is getting quite painful and what a pity you have to read this because I am going to present myself like I am a perfect gentleman. My mother named me Emile but people keeps pronouncing it as Emily. I usually sit behind my desk from 8am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday (not true im always late and I take breaks). I love musicals (phantom of the opera, beauty and the beast and many more). I am easy going, love playing and watching soccer, spontaneous, love my family (my mum and younger brother), goals oriented and I have a career. I was born in Sierra Leone (I don't have diamonds but I witnessed the war) I moved to Canada 9 years ago (and I began to pay taxes ). I spent more than half of my 9years in Ontario where I did my post secondary.
Unfortunately, during my lunch breaks you might see me with few of my workmates walking around Churchill Square and they are all women. Its not my fault out of almost 60 staff only 7 guys and the other 6 are waiting to start collecting CPP.

I grew up with loving parents and I have a brother and sister who I care deeply for as well. I am still very close with everyone in my family and one of our family traditions is to get together at Chrisrmas every year. We don't all live in the same province, but we try to get together when we can. For fun I like to read when I'm on my own. I also enjoy a good comedy or sci-fi movie on TV. Visiting a theatre to catch a movie and enjoy some popcorn are also one of my favourite things to do. Sci-fi movies are probably my favourite, but I enjoy a good love story as well, such as Pride and Prejedice. And yes, I like video games too, which is probably why I ended up pursuing a career in software development.
For non-sedentary activities I like Tennis and Badminton. I am still a beginner in both sports and would like to meet someone that enjoys tennis or badminton. I would be inerested in learning other sports too, but raquet sports are my favourite.I also enjoy going for walks, but only if someone else is there to keep me company.
