My opinion on this is that when people are asked to describe themselves they do not want to sound too modest or uninteresting and it is a difficult situation because u as an individual may know urself but others may perceive u differently so I think it is better if u let the other person get to know u on a one on one basis ..give it a bit of intrigue and mystery makes it more exciting and challenging .

I have taken up a healthy lifestyle in the past year, quit smoking, eating better, hitting the gym 3 times per week, taking up sports and I find that all these positive changes make for an awesome life where not much can get a person down. If we meet for a date, I don't see us in a movie theatre...we can't talk and know anything about eachother...how boring! I see us meeting somewhere casual and low key for a drink and light meal. If we don't run the other direction after that then why not just play it by ear? Ideally my mate will want to have their alone time where they do their own thing and want to spend time with me doing our things...wether it be sports, crafts, church etc. Maybe its a pipedream but only one way to really know and this is one way of finding out.
