Now I work for an airline and my schedule easily allows quick 4-day trips. So I fly to the states a lot; mostly to New York. It's just fun to wonder the streets and find fun things to do. I have my favorite comedy club and restaurants, and I like the freak show in Coney Island. And sometimes in the winter, it is nice to go to Houston for a few days to warm up. If I ever stopped working for the airline, I would go to the railway. I just find it exciting working with big machines!
I'm a new homeowner so I'm learning home repairs and gardening. I like camping at my buddy's land. I watch movies but not much TV. I like cycling, and trainspotting, and evening walks around town. It is sooooo quiet at night. And I like photography and making short videos and time lapses. I'm not a big drinker, but once in a while, I don't mind the tavern for beers. I'm definitely not a club person. I am a pretty mellow, laid-back guy.

Date single man from Alberta, Canada. I never thought I would be filling one of these out, but recently got back from holidays and two couples at the same resort met on this site and they were truly in love, so here goes....
I like to keep myself busy with various activities from sailing, camping, SCUBA, playing hockey, golfing, fishing, quadding etc or simply relaxing with family and close friends. Family and close friends are very important to me and should be important to my mate.
My friends would describe me as someone who is honest, trustworthy, hardworking and caring. I find it important in life that we help others that are less fortunate -having recently returned from my second trip to Zambia, this is more apparent then ever before. I have a sponsor child in Ndola, whom I have met and spent time with and hope to return to on a regular basis to help out.
I have been involved in the cadet program for almost 22 years and continue to help train and develop youth in the community - they are our future.
I like to travel every year and while doing so try and cross items off my bucket list (most recently was spinaker para-sailing and zip line across the Zambezi River). I will try most things once (including most food) but you will not find me bungee jumping any time soon (I have however sky dived).
I currently don't spend much time at home, as I like to be out and about keeping busy with various activities, but am now looking to slow down a bit to find someone I can start a family with.

Meet people from Canada. I'm feeling like this is a resume. I'm sure it will be no different than a 1000 others but I'll give it a shot. My friends say I'm loyal honest and fun to be around, I make friends easily but keep only a few close ones. I think they are right but at times know I can be critical, stubron and a bit hard on the head. I'm most happy when my kids are with me and giving me no free time! When they are with their mother I seem to have way too much free time and sometimes stay up late bored out of my mind. I'm looking for some one who I can spend my time with when my kids are with thier mother and see if things could grow into the healthy relationship I've always dreamed about. I'm very family orientated and love to spend time with all of my fam, most of them live not far from Edmonton. I've said this a few times, and there is good reason for it. No pressure! I find a lot of girls get nervous when meeting because they think if we like each others profiles on here, that there are expectations in person, and awkward moments at the end of the date. Trust me: it won't be awkward with me, and all of the sparks don't have to fly on the first date. Sometimes it's not even a date, but just a "meet". If we like the chemistry from the first meet, we can plan the first date. Thinking of it like that reduces any expectations and turns it into just a casual introduction of a new friend. That's it!

My job is amazing, I drive a Jeep, and I've met almost every boy band from the 90's. I do stand-up comedy and improv whenever possible.
Family is a very important part of my life and I am fortunate to have a great one. I am very sarcastic, quick witted, honest, and a romantic. I've gone through my "bad boy" phase and realized that it's a lot of work to have so much angst. That being said I do know how to have a good time! Unlike some relationships you've had I can guarantee that you won't be sitting across from me in Denny's trying to come up with something to talk about.
Some of my favorite things are Pancakes for dinner, Weekend long Softball tournaments, Golfing, winning nearly every game I play (I don't even mean to..I'm just that good), cooking exotic food, theater, traveling to exotic places, campfires at 2 am and Big Dogs!!
