I am not defined by my career, but I do spend enough time working that it must be mentioned. I am a successful 9 to 5er, but I also am a professional creative on the side and each side provides the balance I need to nurture the other.
The bar scene is blah. Call me insane, but I'd rather spend my personal time doing things I enjoy: photography, using my passport, cooking without a recipe, writing about daily musings, painting abstract art and watching all kinds of sports. But I still will go out to enjoy a beer or two with friends and find amusement in people watching.
I am defined by the company I keep and it is my friends and family that have supported me through my crazy ideas and hit me on the head (literally) when I needed advice. They are the most honest people in my circle and they are given the same respect in return.
Making others laugh and smile is the biggest adrenaline rush I can get. And maybe my brand of humor isn't for everyone, but trying to please everyone is not always a good life philosophy to live by. At least you will be entertained.

Like you, I'm on here trying to find someone who would be a perfect match for me, and vice versa. My friends can't understand why I'm still single. So a little bit about myself. I work as a Refrigeration Mechanic and specialize in large process refrigeration, supermarket multiplex systems and large warehouse applications. My job is excellent, always changing, always interesting!

I'll try not to ramble to much as I have a lot of them. I enjoy camping, quadding, fishing, boating, hiking and most other outdoor type activities. I love riding, racing and cruising motorcycles. I am fairly big on the car scene, car shows, cruises and drag racing. What's left of it in Calgary I guess :( the drag racing that is.
I just bought a house a year ago so I have been doing a pile of renovations; brushing up on the old craftsman skills a bit. He He. Trying anyway! Soon it will be landscaping time. Ahhhhh!!!!
I like all types of music and would have to say my favorite genre would be alternative. Movies; I like horror, thrillers, action, some drama and the occasional romantic comedy doesn't hurt either!
