Meet a soulmate from Alberta, Canada. I can't describe myself, and you would better find out who I am on your own! I don't expect to know you from your information here as well, so let's get in touch and start exploring things about each other. The only important thing that you need to know about me is that I am travelling a lot, but not for visit! I go and stay in new countries for a year or so and I will continue this until I have kids. Therefore, if you don't have problem moving around for a while, we might be a good match. I will live in Calgary for 3 years though before restarting my move (unless you make me change my mind an stay!).

Meet a man from Alberta, Canada. OK, I think this is hilarious, but since I've seen it being addressed in some of your profiles and since I don't read other guys' profiles, here goes:
- I have a job
- I have a car
- I have a house
- I don't have any mirror pics, above or below the waist
- rather than just talking about them, I actually play a number of sports, not just watch them on TV
- I'm educated and I actually read books, even though I don't have to
- I can spell and actually use entire words, I guess some people are just more in a hurry than I am
- I know the difference between your and you're, there/their/they're, etc.
I'm sure I'm missing a few things, but if there's something obvious, I'm sure someone will let me know.
Now that we've gotten that out of the way, I digress...
I'm fun and funny, I like to laugh and make other people laugh. I love my life, I love my friends, I love my job, I love my dog, I love the mountains, etc. etc.
I think you can tell a lot about someone from their smile and their eyes. You'll rarely find me without a smile on my face.
I think that if people put as much energy into enjoying life as they do complaining about it, they'd be far better off.
I'd like to meet someone with an open mind and an adventurous spirit. Someone who is willing to try anything at least once, who has a vivid imagination and who likes to laugh.
I have a lot of energy and love to get out and have fun. I spend a lot of time outdoors, especially in the mountains.
I grew up in a smaill French town in Manitoba and went to Notre Dame in Saskatchewan to play hockey for 2 years.
I don't really watch TV. I'd rather be out with friends or going to a yoga class, or going for a bike ride, or anything really. Having said that, I love watching movies, the odd hockey game and UFC (that doesn't make me a meat head, I just love the skill and strategy).
Although I think texting has its place, I'd much rather talk with someone on the phone. So much gets lost over text (intonation, sarcasm, etc.) and it's too easy to have misunderstandings.
I could go on, but I truly believe that you won't get to know me and I won't get to know you until we get a change to have an actual conversation over coffee or a drink, preferably on a sunny patio.
Date someone special from Alberta, Canada. I thought I'd write about how amazing and awesome I am, but lets face it half the stuff written on most of these profiles is BS (OK, more like a quarter.....lol). So, I've decided to keep my profile real, short and simple - like me. In a nutshell, I am a originally from the Caribbean; I'd like to, and want to, enjoy life to the fullest. I am gainfully employed (Pharmaceutical research chemist) and well read. I have an eclectic personality and taste in music, however Reggae/dancehall is my fave........go figure. I take life seriously (i.e. I am ambitious and goal oriented), but at the same time I like to live life up. I'm Just looking to make friends first and foremost, and then see how things evolve.
Meet men and women from Alberta, Canada. I'm a Brazilian guy who is interested in meeting you that want to spend your time with me. I'm a serious person but I enjoy having fun and laughing a lot... No problems about going out at nights, I have a son but he's a teenager of 15 years old. Basically, I like learning from my partner: her culture, habits, thoughts...
So, let's have some conversation and a meeting in the future, I'm pretty sure that we will have too much in common and too much to talk to each other.. :)
Date people from Canada. Shy in ways, others not, like sports, outdoors, dogs, sense of humor, value a lack of drama, lookin for long term relations with very intelligent, confident, attractive woman who likes fun and travel.
Meet a soulmate from Canada. I am looking for someone to share my same ideas and wanting to try new and exciting things together. My three little peeps are love of my life. My favourite things, i like to do anything the kids like. But I also like my personal time with that someone special.

---- is still the only dreams i know....
true love is still the only dreams i know....
Meet a man from Canada. I just moved back to Canada after living overseas / U.S. for 11 years, so I'm kinda trying to re-discover myself.
I've been so busy over the past 10 years with school, work and transitioning into a new career that I haven't had the time to do a lot of dating - I guess my life has been pretty dull in that regard... Hence the reason I'm here trying to spice things up ( :
When I'm not working I'm really big into working out and staying in shape. I enjoy a good game of pick-up basketball and have recently tried rock climbing and mountain bike riding for the first time. Like most people living in CGY I love the mountains / outdoors. I feel like I need to make more time to do some exploring and hiking though, I just haven't done enough since I moved back.
I consider myself a lifelong learner, so I love to read and learn new things and also try new things. I also like to laugh and have fun via watching silly "guy" movies and just hanging out with the boys and doing guy things (whatever it is that guys do.. )
I think Living in Tokyo for 8 years turned me into a metrosexual because I've really come to appreciate good style or swag - whatever you want to call it. I'm ashamed to admit it, but you'll find a big stack of GQ magazines on my coffee table - please don't judge ( :
My favorite thing in the whole world is hanging out at the Starbucks near my place Sat and Sun mornings catching up on reading and just chilling in general...
Oh yeah - I'm still a die-hard Flames fan after all these year. I was totally choked that I wasn't here for the 2004 finals run - I was actually in Guam of all places – boooooooo
Date someone special from Canada. Enough is enough. I'm 34 years old. Great job. Great family. And I'm ready to share and go on an adventure with a wonderful person! And a few laughs would be awesome too. I have a independent life and I'm looking for someone who too is independent. I enjoy the best in life and want someone to share with.
Meet men and women from Canada. I consider myself a pretty easy going guy. I am happy with my current life, but it would be nice to share it with someone special.
I'm looking for someone who is kind and respectful to others. Someone who enjoys being active and staying fit. If you have a great sense of style I find that sexy too.
I think its important to be able to enjoy the simple things in life. Spending time with friends and family is important to me. I love being an uncle to my 3 nephews.
I am blue collar, but I think I clean up pretty well. Oh, and if you're a fan of male pattern balding then you're in luck.
If you like what you've read, please feel free to say hello. Hope to hear from you.
. I have grown up in Calgary so I do love this city (not to say that I wouldn't live somewhere else). You could describe me as being very loyal. Most of my friends are friends that I have had for 10 plus years. I love having a good time. I guess that doesn't say too much as things that are fun are different for everyone. For me it is more about the people that I am hanging out with than what we are doing. I am highly motivated by the goals and ambitions that I have in life. Other words to describe me would be honest, generous, funny (depends on who you ask), optimistic, and creative.
What I am looking for is someone who has similar values and morals. I'm not looking for someone who shares ALL the same interests as I do. I think it's important to have many similarities but a variety of interests is also valuable to a relationship. I am looking for someone who is well grounded, independent and knows where they are going in life. One of the most important things for me in a relationship is that we are both moving in the same direction in life. A great sense of humor is also very important.
. First of all thanks for stopping and taking the time to check out my profile.
About me: I have the pleasure of waking up every day thrilled knowing that people pay me to do the thing I love. My job fits really well with my easygoing attitude and gives me the flexibility to do what I want. So what do I do when I am not working? Well, training at the gym, wine tasting, watching sports or trying a new recipe are a few of the things in life that I enjoy doing. I also love just taking off in the car and going exploring, maybe an escape to the mountains, or what the city life has to offer and that leads to all sorts of adventures. I guess I like my life to be always on a new quest, meeting new people, and occasionally walking into things.
I love kids... I have three beautiful girls who are with me half of the time and I love every minute I get to spend with them. I like to cook and I do enjoy trying a new recipe here and there to add to the collection. Beyond that, I enjoy going to concerts, reading a good book, and quiet nights eating popcorn and watching a good movie.
I am looking for the girl that I can get lost in conversation with just as easily as we can share one of those moments of comfortable silence in each other’s space. I love to laugh and joke around. My job is awesome, but I know when I come home that this is where my priorities and true happiness are. I want to share both our passions, some of mine, some of yours, some new ones we find together.
. Well in my younger days I was a bit crazy. Trying to run backstage at Pearl Jam concert got me kicked out of GM Place in Vancouver. I've bungee jumped in Costa Rica, and tried to parachute with a garbage bag. Even that last one is true, I was a lot younger and I broke my arm as a result.
I've calmed down quite a bit. Now it's calculated risks. SCUBA diving in Vietnam, barreling down trails on my mountain bike, surfing in Costa Rica. I don't get to surf or dive much in Red Deer – something about a lack of an ocean. But it's great for biking. Which is a hobby I just picked up again last year. This year I decided to learn an instrument and picked up a bass guitar. Hard to learn with my schedule but it is an important goal to me.
I'm not sure if internet dating is the way to go, but working in the oilfield makes it hard to meet people. Especially since I don't go out to nightclubs or party much at all. I'm more concerned now with personal growth and the only thing I've got from going to nightclubs and parties are hangovers. So not worth it.
As for what I am looking for...well, I guess that is the big question. Someone that takes care of their self, that is intelligent, has goals and can keep me on my toes. Just not on my toes in a physical sense, can't stand to walk on my tippy toes.
I'd like to find someone that I experience a certain chemistry with and is grounded in reality.
