I like to think of myself as a generous, honest, outspoken, loyal and trustworthy guy with a hit-and-miss sense of humour. I don't smoke or use drugs; I never have, and never will.
I'm looking to pursue a career that's far from boring or "normal"- preferably music or something else that will allow me to entertain or perform for people. I'm finishing up my first year at NAIT for business, taking a semester off to work, and then going from there. If the first career choice fails, I'm looking to go into advertising and open my own agency with a specialization in television and/or radio. Maybe billboards too, if the market is still out there in the future.
As for my interests, I like to do a number of things. For starters, I play four different instruments and am proud of it. I'd tell you what they are, but I like to leave SOME room for conversation ;) I have been through bartending school, and have spent a couple years working in restaurant kitchens, so maybe I could cook your favourite dish or pour your favourite drink. I even have a couple recipes that I'd like to try out if you're interested...
Back to music for a second- I could list every single artist that I listen to, but it would just be too extensive for the purposes of online dating. So, in summary, I listen to both classic and modern rock, as well as country, blues, a little top 40, funk (just about typed a profanity there!), jazz, r&b/soul (think 60's and 70's motown), and yes...musicals and showtunes. Hey- don't judge now, I'm kind of an artsy guy, alright?
When it comes to sports, I've played baseball, basketball and volleyball; I also enjoy hockey, football, golf, and in the winter, skiing. I'm making a number of significant changes to my lifestyle, and probably the biggest one is hitting the gym on a regular basis. Hey, a guy's gotta look his best if he can help it, right?
I've always prided myself on being well-read. I'm currently into sociology and rock&roll biographies, but want to start reading some of the great classics like Moby**** Frankenstein...the list goes on and on.
