Others would describe me as intelligent, confident, quirky, hard working, calm, kind, generous, and all that other good stuff that i'm sure people reading this are glossing over.
As for the kind of woman, I'm looking to attract, I think there are are some core traits that I am attracted to. Genuine caring and kindness is one. Emotionally mature and able to confidently express herself is another. General overall confidence and intelligence is very attractive, along with someone with a bit of quirky since of humour - hopefully they have the wit and sass to both make fun of themselves and me. Ambition and self improvement are also important. Further to that, I believe a successful relationship is one where the individuals can challenge each other to learn and grow all the while supporting and loving them unconditionally.
As for me and my life, outside my job, I love to variety of things. Playing sports, reading, listening to alot of CBC radio, spending time outside in the sunshine. I am close to family and am lucky to have a sister and brother in calgary and also a little nephew who provides me with many smiles. During the summer, I play football and slo-pitch but enjoy pretty much any sport. I go out with friends a regular basis - whether for a woobly pop or just a walk and for the most part I'm generally up for anything.
I'm not sure what to expect from this site, and am just interesting in meeting some people for a coffee with no expectations as to what kind of relationship will result. I still don't have a lot to say here, but in due time I know I will fill this section right up. But for now, based on my most recent experience all I can say and ask is PLEASE do not pretend to be somone you are not. There is no point in trying to impress someone if you have no intensions on being that person you temporarily protray yourself to be. Hey, even us "fun and outgoing" guys have hearts too...
Please don't take this in the wrong way but shift work is kind of a deal breaker for me. I like seeing the one in my life on a normal daily basis.
