Speaking of Frank I've always felt that was a fascinating time; one that I think I could fit very well into. So I guess I'm a mix of old school romance combined with modern thinking about what makes a relationship work today. . Moved to Canada and Calgary around 3 years ago for work but I've recently changed jobs and will be making the move to Edmonton this summer. All very exciting but of course it means that I have to go through the whole 'new face in a strange city' experience once again. A little about me - I'm not going to bang on like everybody else about how supremely active and outdoorsy (is that a word?) I am. How I hike, bike, walk, run, paddle, climb, camp, ski, board, blah blah blah ad nauseum. I would just say I'm well travelled, active and sporty but not to a ridiculous degree. I'm definitely a social animal but the other side of me is the English and History graduate so I read - a lot. And believe it or not I used to be in PR and advertising, I never planned to be a ski coach..still trying to work that one out......but then again if I would have known I would live this long then I would have looked after myself a little better :p
I have an amazing job, working with young athletes in the best office in the world. My work keeps me young at heart and although I'm unbelievably busy over the winter months which can keep me away from home for a few weeks at a time, the summer gives me loads of time to play and have fun. I love my lifestyle but it's definitely been a challenge in the past to juggle the passion and time I put into my job with meeting new people and especially understanding partners - it's one of the main reasons I moved here in the first place.
Most of my friends are now all partnered up and the bar scene is pretty tedious so I'm searching for a pretty, gregarious, sporty lady who is up for some active fun with intelligent conversation along the way. All in all an active person who doesn't take life too seriously and loves to laugh at the world.

. Well, I am 38 yr bachelor that is a workaholic. I am currently an administrator at a local Tribal College. In a nutshell, I monitor student funding, create new programs, and/or negotiate partnerships with other colleges, organizations and funders.
I have played baseball, football, rugby, for most of my life. I still try to get out once and awhile to show the kiddies some of my moves. I do like to go for walks in the park, do a little camping. I loved to ride but latey my saddle has been collecting a little dust.
I do believe I have obtain some success in life, but what is success if you cannot share it. I do own a mortgage for a house in Raymond. I do own the payments for new truck. I have paid off my student loans.
My future plans (possibly over the next 5 to 10 yrs or sooner) are to complete an MBA in Human Resource Development, complete safety administrator training, hopefully get a promotion at work, and start consulting in employment training and safety.
The woman I am looking for does not have to be as involved in her job as I am, but she must have a job and she must have some college education. She does not have to have her whole life planned out, but she must have goals. I would like to find a woman who is independent, confident, who is not scared to go after the thing she wants. I have my own business and work from home, so meeting new people can be a bit of a challenge. When I'm not working on my biz I spend my time at the gym, playing sports, traveling and hanging with my great group of friends. I have a huge passion for music...anything from Indie to House...just depends on the mood that I'm in.
During the summer I spend most of my time outdoors....mostly in the mountains, on the golf course or hanging out on a patio having drinks. In the winter I'm skiing, playing indoor volleyball or relaxing beside the fireplace and watching a movie. Checking out a great new restaurant or movie is always at the top of my list of things to do.
I'm a huge sucker for a new adventure. I absolutely love being at the airport..as long as I'm the one getting on the plane!! South America is one of my favorite spots...can't wait to get back there!!
