As I get older I have come to realize that I am a pretty simple guy, love smiles, laughing, spending time with friends and family (when that is possible). I try to be as positive as I can.
I love playing sports more than I do watching them. I have always enjoyed camping and hiking, though haven't done either for a little while.. I know very sad indeed. I’m a pretty easygoing guy who is open-minded but I can be somewhat stubborn when I’ve made up my mind. I’ve worked hard to get where I am in life, I believe you have to go out and find the life you want and not expect life to come find you. Much like “if you want something done, you gotta do it yourself”. I take pride in my work and take my job serious and it shows, I do it well. I like to think I am an intelligent person with good common sense but I don’t pretend I have all the answers. I have a good sense of humor and surround myself with friends that do as well. Laughter is a great stress relief!
Growing up, racing was always a part of my life, weather it was someone in my family or myself, so I take a special interest in Nascar. I enjoy watching it on TV and going to some races as well. I like travelling to warm places where I enjoy sightseeing, relaxing and enjoy a good party too. I’m a social drinker but when I party, I party hard and would like to meet someone the same. However, a woman that can’t handle her alcohol is a huge turn off. I also enjoy hockey; watching and playing when I can. During the summer months I enjoy camping with friends and family. Sitting around a campfire with good friends and good music makes for good times.
I find independent; confident women attractive but know-it-all; arrogant women are annoying. There is a difference. I want to meet a lady that takes care of herself, for herself. Health is important to me because without it, you have nothing. I’m not a muscular fitness fiend but I do take care of myself with Yoga and exercise and I try to eat healthy. . What can I say? I'm down to earth, easy going and not a very good speller looking for someone similar. I am stepping outside the box to explore the world of online dating. I have always been a firm believer of catching a glance from across the crowded room and following those sparks to whatever may become... well, the problem is that I do not find myself in a crowded room much!! I have received my MBA from school of hard knocks. I’m not athletic and toned but I’m not 500lbs and useless. My job is a work out, not a desk job, so I count this as exercise. I work all week and I just want to relax with someone on the weekend. I love life and I don't believe in dwelling on problems. If there's an issue, fix it. That’s what I think. We all have problems and issues, but you need to deal with your stuff. I think fun is had not planned. Time off is for spontaneous things. Have you ever noticed good picture of yourself are hard to come by. Your friends may have some good picture of you but you have old stuff that you don't want anyone to see.
For you:
An interest in camping would be nice. The ability to drive van towing trailer with a rock crawler jeep on it would help. The ability to back up a trailer would be stellar. Willing to learn how to drive wake board tow boats is a must. Someone who has an adventurous side who likes to travel and explore, but also enjoys the simple pleasures in life and can relax at the end of a day with a beer (or a glass of wine) and just "chill" with me. If you're someone who's look for a different type of ATM we will not get along.

. You know how when people get older and wish they could go back to their early 20s and do it all over again, only with everything they know now? Well, I'm one of those few lucky ones who actually get to!
At 19 I became a single parent, and as any single parent knows, the decisions and choices you make for the next 18 years are all reserved for that little someone you've decided to take responsibility for. Anything you want becomes secondary and you sacrifice a lot in order to care for the one(s) you brought into this world. To me, being a good father is the most noble thing a man will ever do
At first glance you'd never guess it, but I have some mad programming skills and have made a career of it for 15 years. I like to call it Nerd Power!!
Now that my tour of duty as a parent is up, I'm turning back time and doing it all over again with all the tools and wisdom I have now. I just moved to 17 ave and am looking to meet people, make friends, and take a girl or 2 out on what I promise will be some very fun dates.
