I'm a laid back but kind of a shy guy who enjoys a good movie, walking in the mountains, or seeing a play or opera. My friends would say I tend to laugh alot and would always be in a good mood. I've gotten my scuba certification so another whole world of adventure has opened up. Being in a landlocked province, however, the new challenge is to find open water. :-)
I like to be active most of the time and still like the weekends to relax with friends and family. Some activities I typically do over the week this summer includes slo-pitch, yoga, and martial arts...I've recently taken up ju jitsu and still like to go back to karate when I can. Along with weekly trips to the farmer's Market keep me busy.

Date a soulmate from Canada. I'm a true English gentleman who moved to Calgary because I wanted to live close to the mountains and enjoy the snow and the skiing out here. Lake Louise and Sunshine are my most favourite skiing locations. I mainly cruise along the green and blue runs but occasionally try a carefully selected black run.
Camping is one of my favourite summer activities. Enjoying a nice, relaxing evening, grilling hot dogs by the campfire, sleeping inside a tent (even in the rain), and then having a leisurely morning, is a great way to start the weekend in the summer.
Even though I enjoy fine dining, and trying out new restaurants, I've also been known to dabble in the kitchen and on my BBQ.
