I'm a very family orientated person, I've had one parent deal with illness since I was younger, so it has taught me to be close and to support one another. I find it hard to describe the person I'm looking for because I realize no one is perfect. One of my favorite quotes is, "We come to love not by finding a perfect person but by learning to see an imperfect person perfectly". So I guess with that, I'd have to say I would be looking for an ambitious person, someone who knows what they want in life and are willing to achieve it. I love to travel, I went to six different countries in Europe this summer and would go back in a heartbeat. In my spare time I enjoy doing anything outside whether it is floating down a river in the summer or hitting up the slopes in the winter. I tend to also spend a lot of time shooting at a gun range. I usually always try to find something to do in the evening or on the weekends as I hate sitting around on the couch, unless it is with friends. I'm a sports fan, mostly just watch hockey on T.V and occasionally skiing depending on the event. I use to play hockey but because of my job I am unable to find any time to play in any rec leagues.
I listen to all different types of music. I'm not a huge fan of going out to the bar every weekend and getting drunk I would sooner spend my time at a pub with friends or finding anything else fun to do in or out of the city.
