The following is a true story...
I woke up one morning recently and discovered that I had an online profile for the first time in my life. I started trying to figure out how this had happened, and have come to the conclusion that it all started with a curious steak incident and ended with a bottle of wine (and a sneaky friend).
Based on this conclusion, I am faced with the following options:
- Blame it on the steak and become a vegetarian. Unfortunately this provides a problem since I’m from Alberta and was raised with red meat being one of my main food groups.
- Blame it on the wine and stop drinking. Umm, not an option. (not that I’m an alcoholic or anything, but what fun is that?!?)
- Blame it on my friend, embrace online dating, and try to actually write a profile to spite her. Ok, so this may be the best option….
However, I’m not sure I know how to write a profile. Talk about things I love? Talk about things I hate? Talk about things I love to hate?
