I am a fairly active person. I like getting into the mountains for hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, etc. I find it is good to get out of the city from time to time to recharge the batteries. In the city I like things like cycling, walking, jogging, and swimming. But I am open to just about any kind of activity. You don’t have to be Jane of the Jungle, but it would be nice if you join in some outdoor activities. I have always tried to maintain a healthy lifestyle so that I can continue to do all of the fun activities I like. For entertainment/relaxation I like reading, listening to music, movies, museums, small concerts. I also like just hanging out at home, watching movies, playing games, or cuddling.
My priority for time off has been to explore my own country or to get into the mountain wilderness for some peace and relaxation. There are still a lot of places I would like to see in Canada, but am now planning to do more international travel. I recently took a trip to Cuba, which was great. Spent most of my time in Havana, with a couple of day trips to the country side. Facinating history, culture, architecture; plus the weather was awesome the whole time:).
I like to think of myself as a happy-go-lucky kind of a guy with a positive outlook on life. I find myself drawn to people who have a positive outlook and lead a healthy lifestyle. My son is my number 1 priority and my family (mom dad, brother and neice/nephew) are very important to me as well. I also enjoy spending time with my friends. Sometimes I just need to hang with "the guys" and watch the hockey/football game and I respect (and hope) that you want some time on your own with your friends too. I still try to make sure that I have enough time for that special someone in my life too!!
