I try to be open and receptive to different ideas and view points. Maybe because I work in scientific research (and love my job), I try to always think and analyze things (some would say too much!). And I would say that what I am most missing in life right now is someone to be romantic with, to share that spark and chemistry, to wander the city holding hands just because (well maybe not at -25C :-), someone to be able to shower with complements because you find them so wonderful and attractive, to share a good meal with (whether at a restaurant or at home...I enjoy trying to cook new and interesting dishes), see a movie or concert or play with, or maybe explore a museum, or wander through a market with, or even sit and play board games (I do have a geeky streak, might as well just be completely honest here!).
My one other passion is travelling. I have been lucky enough to have been many places and hope to see many more. Enjoy the famous sites (i.e. must always see the British Museum when in London...the Assyrian carvings are my favourite) but I find it just as much fun wandering the back ways to see what hidden things I can find, watching a city come alive early in the morning, exploring alleys or catacombs or tiny off the main path villages. And of course, always tasting the local foods and drinks.

. I am a simple, humble man. I don't need fancy things to make me happy, just love (but that doens't mean I am not materilistic). I am so grateful to the Lord God Almighty for the way He has blessed me in the tragedies that have come along in my life. He is always there when I need Him! God is so great! My life has recently changed because of my step-daughter's passing. I now have my seven year old grand-daughter living with me. She is the apple of my eye and brings me great joy. But I have had to adjust my life style because of this change.
