I have a challenging management position with a large company, but it is time consuming - so someone who understands the job demands is a bonus. I am seeking someone who also takes pride in their careers, but understands that there is more to life than work. I dedicate a large amount of time and resources to supporting community organizations, volunteering is a great past time for me outside of work.
Likes: camping, skiing, great dinners (cooking or dining out), movies, name that tune / karaoke and oodles of other things. I like red wine, campfires, strong coffee, trivia games, watching sports, waterfalls, floating the river, and keeping busy. I like dogs more than cats, riding quads more than riding horses, most music - classical to 50& 60s rock, lots of country and even some top 40 and a little hair band metal for a good throw back to my younger years. There isn't much that I don't enjoy - keeping busy, or having down time - I am essentially a very content person.
The glass is nearly always half full, and life is usually pretty good. I respect my elders, love the little ones (but I am not having any more babies of my own) . Life should be lived and enjoyed, and I don't have much room for people filled with anger and hate (this includes over the top rage towards ex's).
I have a tween aged son, so there is co-parenting that is our normal. There is no war of the roses with us, nor is there any chance of us getting back together. We have our groove, and it works well for us.
I have my life together - own a home, have the financial security to enjoy the fruits of my labour, have wonderful friends and a great family. I am seeking someone to enjoy the high points in life, console in the low times, and be content with the everyday.
