I'm a guy that likes to stay fit and active, I spend my time out running with my dog, I'm really trying to get back into climbing, and I spend far less time on the side of a mountain then I would like. Biking, hiking, canoeing when I get the chance, pretty much anything outdoors I'm usually up for trying, That being said I'm just as happy to be cooking a nice meal and enjoying a movie on the couch.
