Meet someone special from Alberta, Canada. I am a fairly easy going girl with my future wide open ahead of me. I am fairly head strong and know the general direction that I would like to take my life. I try to focus on the postive things happening in the here and now. It helps to keep things in perspective. With that being said this year has been all about firsts... I got my first full time job in my chosen field, agricultural research, moved 6 hours away from my family and friends and bought my first house! Family is very important to me and this move has made me truly appreciate the time that I do get to spend with them. But it still leaves me wishing for more. I am an animal lover as well, I have a dog and 2 cats. I love to be outside whenever I can, hence the job. I also always try to do things where I can take my dog with me. So we spend alot of time outdoors, usually around bodies of water. I also love to go horse back riding, doesnt matter where, just put me on a horse and watch my smile grow. In terms of relationships, I think that the man should be the pursuer. Plan the first date, make the first move... But with that being said, I also give back as much as I receive. Dont be getting any funny ideas now, I just mean that if I see you putting in the effort I will do the same. I would like to find someone that is my best friend. Someone to share and make special memories with.

I've been on and off this site, looking at and reading profiles and I've decided to try it out. If I don't put myself out there, how will anyone know I exist. I'm self employed and very much enjoy what I do. I have a teenage son who lives with me part time and with his dad the other part. I also have two grown children who are on their own. I have a good relationship with all of my kids. As far as interests, they are growing each day, I find that I'm at a place of recreating myself and my desires, it feels awesome. I'm looking for that person who's happy with who he is and enjoys life.

Meet someone special from Canada. Hard working most of the time. I am used to looking after myself, but kind of getting set in my ways, after all I'm not getting any younger, but, I think young. Age is sometimes just a number. I am kind of a loner, quite often say what I think even though it has displeased some people, actually made them pretty teed off. I tend to like the outdoors and that type of work also, don't really like being tethered to a desk. I'm told I look and act younger than my years, though some days I'm sure I look ready for the rocking chair and need a afternoon nap!
