Meet someone special from Alberta, Canada. I'm a recentlly divorced mother of two boys, men I guess, they are 18 and 21. They would probably kill me if they knew I was on this site, after all, I am their mother! (no life of my own, ya know!) I own a successful business in a small town with a business partner, for almost 20 years. Sorry, no retirement in sight for a few years!
I grew up on a farm with five siblings, we are all close and enjoy family get togethers, my parents are still alive thank goodness, long lifelines!
I live in my own home with some ties with my ex, after all he is my kids dad, meaning we speak and share responsiblites in regards to kids and house.
I love my down time at home, I like to read alot and talk long walks with sons' dog. I have lots of friends I enjoy being with, whether just coffeeing or having a few colds ones. I also enjoy just jumping in car and heading to nearby city to shop and browse even if I come home with nothing! (which is unfortunally seldom!) I also love poking around in second hand stores, auctions, yard sales, book stores.
I am independent, kinda stubborn, creative and work too hard. Belong to a couple of volunteer organizations and help a friend cater on weekends.
I'm not sure what I'm looking for on this sight, just know I'm not really happy just being by myself all the time, or getting invited out by couple friends that I think are feeling sorry for me, (I could be wrong on that thought but still feel like a third wheel.)
