My partner doesn't have to be perfect - I sure hope he isn't. He will be open-minded, like discussions but not arguments, maybe have a dog or cat. It would be nice if he likes sports because I do - and the theatre/arts - but I hope he is fine with each of us 'doing our own thing' now and then if we don't share all the same interests - I don't want to be joined at the hip.
