Most people think I am 5 to 7 years younger than my actual age. My doctor does not worry about me. I try to maintain a healthy lifestyle and to eat a vegetarian diet with some poultry. I don't drink (quit when I was 20), drug or smoke, and sorry, I am not 420 friendly (quit when I was 20).
