Date someone special from Canada. I moved to Vancouver 2 yrs ago and find it hard to meet people in day to day life here. My work doesn't really offer much for making new friends. I'm shy when I first meet someone, but that generally goes away pretty quick. After that I'm pretty out-going and silly fun :P. People often tell me I'm quite mature for my age, but I still like to go out dancing & partying sometimes. Looking for new people to hang out with and if there are some sparks that's a bonus.
I've just got home from my first travel adventure. I toured around Europe with a company called Contiki for 6 weeks. It was an awesome experience and I met a bunch of great people. It was my first real chance to travel and it only left me wanting more. I've got plans that will keep me fairly stationary for the next few years, but little trips are still in the plans. My next big trip will be around Australia & New Zealand. Have always wanted to go & now I have some new friends to go visit while I'm there.
