Date a man from Canada. Thought I should expand on my profile, so here goes...
I have never been married and don’t have kids; circumstances just didn't cater to it. I have enjoyed previous long term relationships, but haven’t been romantically involved the past few years other than some recent dating. I don’t particularly enjoy the dating scene...looking forward so much to finding a special woman to build a lasting relationship...there is so much yet to experience “together”! At our age, we should have the skills to succeed!
I am originally from Montreal; I moved out here in 1983. I appreciate having experienced the eastern mentality and culture of Quebec, but love BC!
I currently live in Coquitlam, close to Westwood Plateau where I have resided for over 10 years. I have spectacular views; always something different to appreciate. Have enjoyed my home, but often think about the future and where I would ultimately enjoy living; so many possibilities...perhaps a few months annually in a warm climate. My future partner will of course be integral in our decisions; I look forward to sharing her dreams and desires.
Having experienced so much in the past, I rather enjoy not having to deal with snow and cold during winter. Having said that, I do enjoy the options and convenience afforded to us in Vancouver...skiing the local mountains. We are so fortunate to be afforded the variety of golfing and skiing the same day...well maybe in my younger years! Want to try snowshoeing this winter. I also enjoy an occasional jaunt up to Silver Star...skiing, skating...romantic dinners...bundling up for a sleigh ride...what an atmosphere; reminds me of the Laurentians in Quebec!
I would like to travel more often! I can and will; just waiting for that special woman!
I previously took the Norwegian Cruise Lines Pearl repositioning cruise, leaving from Vancouver, visiting Oregon, San Francisco & LA, before heading over to Las Vegas for 3 days. Cruising is becoming one of my favorite choices! The prices are unbeatable & the activities on a cruise ship are mind boggling - the Pearl even had bowling alleys inside their “Bliss” lounge, which you would have to see to believe - great place to make out! I want to take that cruise again...hopefully with someone to take advantage of the “Bliss” lounge...lol.
