about me...well...i'm currently working towards a healthier me. i've taken up jogging....and go figure i love it.....so do my doggies.
while im not the fastest runner, i still get to run about 15K a week.....yahoo! my mother said to me the other day....hey its so amazing...you just got up off the couch and began running.....she hardly believes it.
there is something so nice about being in my 50's.....its do it now....and as obama says....yes we can.....optimism who would have guessed it.....ive lived most of my life taking care of others, both at home and at work. I've loved moments of it....some of the people i have met over my career have been incredible...yet now that im taking a pause and getting back to what makes me really tick...well i love this too.
