Meet people from Canada. I'm looking for someone honest who can put it all out there when the time is right, and not hold back. I am content in my life, but want to find the right guy with similar interests and values, so we can add richness and happiness to our life together. I don't want to be your mother, your therapist, or your buddy, I want to be your best friend that you can't live without. I don't need someone to take care of me, but I want to find the guy who makes me feel safe and protected while knowing I can take care of myself. Sounds odd I guess, but it is what it is.

I enjoy my job and friends but am not tied to Ottawa and would love to live in the UK someday. My life experiences have taught me so much, and I wouldn't trade any of my past for a re-do. I love to travel, learn and see new things. I love sushi and seafood and am definitely a carnivore. I hate spelling errors. Keeping in touch with my family is important. I definitely want kids. My biggest goal in life is to be a great mom and have fun with my kids and partner and see them happy. Animals are also big part of my life. Ultimately I am looking for that person I can build a life, home, and family with, that treats me great and loves me unconditionally, and allows me to treat and love them the same way. I'm affectionate and open and am looking for my partner to be as well (yes that does mean holding hands in public...for some reason this has been an issue with more than one guy I've dated?!) I'd like to get married again someday to the right person, but I'm not in a hurry. When its right, its right, and I'm not rushing into anything. I haven't dated in about 9 years so I figure this is an okay place to start. I am picky, but I think everyone should be if they're serious about finding the right person.
My deal breakers include smokers, heavy drinkers, not liking animals, not wanting kids, and guys who have shirtless photos posted on this site, especially as their main profile photo. I might as well be honest, right?
Also must like cheese. Yeah, I said that. Cheese. Seriously, who doesn't like cheese? I don't trust people who don't like cheese. If you don't like swiss cheese I am okay with that, because its gross.
