Keeping fit is important to me so I'm at the gym pretty often, love doing yoga and teach a bit of Spin and aerobics.
I like to get away once in a while for the weekend, Montreal, Laurentians, change of scenery is always nice. Longer trips, I'd like to go back to California, maybe catch an NFL game :), do some wineries...Want to see more of Europe as well. Definitely want to go South this winter, don't mind the winter but love the summer!

A little about me...I'm a single mom of 2 wonderful children and they are a huge part of my life. I have a career that I love. I surround myself with positive people and make the most of every day. I enjoy working out, spinning classes, yoga. I just recently started running and enjoying that for the most part...achy muscles!! I have my first 5k and10k planned for the fall. I enjoy dinners and outing with friends, hanging with my kids and family, being outdoors and spending time with my little dog.
