I enjoy the simple things in life. I adapt easily to any environment but like to be close to home. I have travelled extensively, and enjoy this very much as I am very keen to learn about other people and cultures. I am a single parent raising 2 wonderful children, daughter 17 and son 14,and I have a 25 year old son who lives on his own, exploring his own adventurous life. My children are dear to me and very important. Because of their ages I plan to stay where I am currently living as they have established a routine and are still attending school.
I am a much laid back individual, and like to take my time so I can do things the right way rather than being too impulsive. I will spend the time to listen to both sides of the story. I enjoy the finer things in life too; such as fine dinning; social events, etc. I enjoy cooking and I am always experimenting with different tastes. I enjoy camping whether in an RV, tent or a rustic cabin.
The One I am Looking for:
I am looking for some one who is comfortable in their own skin, likes themselves, and is financially independent. Likes children, and enjoys family time. Non judgemental, has dealt with most all of their past issues in their lives; and ready to move on in life. A good listener and communicator. Some one that is confident in themselves, and has good self esteem. Some one that is more of a collaborator, able to resolve conflict, rather than dwell on things. I prefer those that do not drink, however not a deal breaker. My main goal (a few of them) is to retire at 55 and move some where down south. I would like also to be able to travel during the winters for long periods, starting with South America; I hear it is nice there. One of the few continents that I have yet to visit.

I openly admit that I am out of shape but I really want to get back in shape. I would love to start going to the gym, taking more walks, lose the extra pounds. Would like to find someone who would go with me,. I would like to go play pool, badminton, tennis,baseball ....? I just want to get active and enjoy life again. All these things are so much more enjoyable with some else. I would love to live on a farm again, raise our own food, rather be out with the animal then be in the house.
