Friends would describe me as fun loving, caring, generous, maybe a bit shy at first with a crazy laugh. I like to be active ...out doing anything...walking, cycling, swimming, snowshoeing, driving....and the list goes on! Not that relaxing wtih a good movie or book isnt good either. I like to cook but it gets a bit boring when cooking for one!

I am a volunteer coach for individuals with devleopmental disabillities becasue I receive inspiration from the athletes. I participate in Service trip in South America (Ecuador last July, Guatemala this coming March).
