I enjoy reading a wide variety of literature with topics including fiction, philosophy, personal growth, and current events.
Leading a healthy, balanced lifestyle is very important to me, including a wholesome diet, exercise, yoga/meditation, and good friendships. I am quite social and enjoy meeting new people and hearing what they are all about. I have been described as calm, empathetic, natural, down-to-earth and intelligent. I am passionate about yoga, health, learning from others, wisdom, dogs, accepting one's mistakes and learning from the past.
I typically enjoy spending time with good friends at casual gatherings, getting out to explore beautiful BC, attending live music (esp folk, roots, blues and classical), theatre, or cultural events, and love to savour the treasures of local cuisine . I have traveled to Africa, the middle east, India...and find travel an incredibly enriching experience so would love to do more.
