I have a great life. I'm happy, healthy, easy to talk to and be with. I like people who can communicate, in business and personally. I believe that my life is a continuous growth towards emotional awareness (pretty heady huh?) and I try to make some steps toward that every day. Some days those steps definitely seem to be backwards. :-)

I also love to travel and see the world, usually prefer places that aren't too busy. I travel a lot in large cities for my work.
Being outside in all seasons is a great feeling for me. I am a true Canadian because I like summer and winter sports. Hiking, biking, rollerblading, golfing, kayaking, downhill skiing, X country skiing, hockey..as a participant, not a spectator. And of course, outdoor patios, bottom of Whistler at the Longhorn!
I have an amazing group of family and friends, all over North America. The kind of friends where I could show up on their doorstep and tell them I needed a place to stay for a month and they'd say 'welcome'
I like to think that I am funny, kind, generous and compassionate.
