I like music... mostly rock music but I can tolerate all kinds of music... well everything but Country, unless by Country you mean Johnny Cash. He may be the only Country artist can listen to. I've already listened to enough country music to last a life time as both my parents would force me to listen to JR FM whilst driving me to soccer/baseball/etc as a kid. I am Countried out!
I'm into most sports. I play hockey, though I can't skate all that well. I play golf, though I can't drive the ball straight. I hike, though I can't walk well... I tend to trip over my feet from time to time on rugged hikes. I do hike the grind several times a year, but I've slowed with age. I tend to go on a week long hike most years with a friend who lives in Denver Colorado. Other people have joined us on these hikes but it started with the two of us on the West Coast Trail, and we have been the constants in the hikes year after year... except for the year I went to Africa. That was in 2010. I went to the world cup, did a safari in Tanzania and hiked up Kilimanjaro with some Americans, a couple of Canadians and an Irishman... plus about 20 porters. One of those poor porters had to carry a crapper up the mountain... poor guy.
So I suppose you can also tell, I like to travel. I don't go often but when I do I tend to go big. I've had two big trips. 7 1/2 months in Australia in 2003 and 2 months in Africa back in 2010. I've also been to Cuba.
I'm looking for someone who enjoys the outdoors. Someone who I could sit on a patio with, or play tennis with but also someone who would enjoy going to Comedy Festivals or Bard on the Beach. I've enjoyed Bard on the Beach the couple times I have been. I don't always understand the language of Shakespeare but I generally understand the gist of the story. Maybe I like it because there is an intermission. Intermissions seem so classy!

-Lounging is sometimes nice. A nice glass of "pick your poison" combined with good atmosphere and good conversation is sometimes the best medicine for a hard week.
-I like the outdoors (mainly during the warmer months): camping, beaches, lakes, rivers, trails, mountain biking, and a spirited drive down a curvy highway ;)
-I have a great group of friends that always have something going on whether it be theme parties or beach parties.
