I was a rower in high school and I volunteer coached a little bit afterwards, I think it is an amazing sport and it gave me a good physical foundation to build on. Love to stay in shape and go to the gym or for a run. I also love video games and would like to find someone who is at least willing to try to play them as well. I enjoy hiking and swimming and I will try pretty much any sport, even if I think I'm gonna be terrible at it :) I love music although I don't have too much knowledge about it, but I am always willing to give new music a chance and I'm not afraid to let you know if it's my thing or not. I also love watching t.v. series, Firefly is my favorite and if you don't know what that is, you should probably check it out! I like to cuddle up and watch movies on a lazy day, and I am pretty easy going when it comes to which type of movie. I have a good sense of humor and love to laugh.
I am really wanting someone that I can be amazing friends with along with being in a relationship, someone that I miss and can't wait to spend time with. I am not a selfish person and I really just want to make some special girl happy. I am a little bit shy when I first meet someone but it doesn't last too long.

Hey there! So my name is Kyle and I'm a fun-loving guy who's looking to meet great people. I like to play around and joke with the people in my life and try to take a fairly drama-free approach. My friends always tell me that I'm funny and that I'm a very random person. They might also say that I'm: open minded, kind, expressive, informed, sometimes impatient and likes good old fashioned shenanigans.
But behind the rowdy, silly, and playful side we all know and love, I can definitely get serious. I'm a very driven person when I set my mind to something and have accomplished a lot. I've just started a new job in the Communications field at a non-profit, went on a 6 month backpacking trip on my own across Europe, and finished a degree in Political Science and Economics. Hobbies/for Fun:
In my spare time I enjoy a lot of stuff, but my hands-down favourite is speaking with and meeting interesting people. Just sitting somewhere comfortable and talking about all of life's foibles, observational humour involving our weird habits, people's thoughts, science and the planet. Face it, we're a weird species!!
On the musical side I've been playing the bass guitar and keyboard for a couple years and enjoy learning how not to suck.
I love to be active but not in an obsessive, train for 4 hours a day and take 3 supplements for each body part kind of way. Stuff like riding my bike, going to the gym, swimming when I've got the time and walking/hiking in scenic spots. I'm always open to trying new ways to stay fit (kayaking, anyone?)
Cooking has always been a staple within my family and I love it! There's something about trying new recipes and problem-solving with ingredients that's a lot of fun. I make a mean pasta and damn fine Yorkshire puddings.
Aside from that, I love animals and try to follow a "pet one furry creature a day" policy. I love to spend time with my family (including my oldest brother's baby boy and Paddington, his Golden Doodle). Video games are something I like to play every now and then, and I enjoy exploring meditation and my spiritual side.
Why am I here?
I've got a very close circle of wicked friends, but between my active social life, work, hobbies and my family, it can be tough to meet new people. The bar and club scene isn't really my thing, but especially when it comes to dating. My friends and I have had some success online, so I thought I'd try Match!

Basically I'm looking for a low drama girl who is chill, likes to do outdoors activities, enjoys great conversation, and has a good sense of humour (this is a must, or else you might slap me after all the lame puns and word plays).
