I love to read and I'm very well read, but I haven't been able to make myself finish Ulysses yet. I love movies as well, almost any genre. I yacht race frequently during the winter and spring, and play volleyball through the summer. I'm interested in cooking, although I make no claims of great ability- I just enjoy it and it's another adventure. I'm learning to play the guitar, mostly because I want to play alt/rock. I'd like to travel more, its something I've put off entirely too much in the past but now I'm looking forward to it more frequently.
I'd like to find someone with a similar philosophy of life: not afraid to aim high but pragmatic enough to not expect everything to always working out perfectly. Someone who knows that you get more out of life what you put more into it. A person who enjoys life and is looking for someone to enjoy life with; not someone looking to settle out of desperation or save them from themselves. -I am what many would call a Canuckle-head :D (and yes I know more about the team then just how cute that number 21 is). I faithfully cheer on my boys through thick and thin.
-I'm also fairly open minded and try most things once.
-I love to travel and hope to travel farther than the Continent of North America/South America (although have made it back to my parent's mother land of India a couple of times). The majority of my trips at the moment normally take me around B.C./Canada, and to our neighbour to the south (specifically California and New York). I have also had the pleasure of taking a few relaxing trips to Mexico and would love to go back there. My goal is to make it across to Europe in the next couple of years, and to hopefully go volunteer either in Africa or Asia as a teacher.
