. I am a single 48 year old Dad to two teens, a 20 year old daughter and a 17 year old son. I've been on my own with my kids for the last 10 years and I have sacraficed my social life in order for my kids to have a decent, stable life. It was very difficult at the beginning when they were quite young but now that they are older, I am finding more and more time by myself. I am a very caring, loving and dedicated person who is down to earth and has a great passion for life. I am not saying that my life with my kids is a struggle but it does present certain challenges like having to buy sanitary napkins for my daughter because she is too embarassed to buy them herself. I enjoy a good movie in front of a fire on a rainy day, listen to classic rock music, go to Starbucks for a latte, read the newspaper and magazines, plan a weekend trip somewhere closeby or go out for a late dinner after a show. I'd like to experiment with new activities and I'll try anything once, got any suggestions? I love to spend time with you but I still need that bit of time for myself.
