I work out at least 4-5 times a week and although it is hard especially getting up so early in the morning t I love the benefits.
I have a road bike but it is away for the winter months. (I am a fair weather rider!) I also like to roller blade, cross country ski and down hill ski - weather permitting. .My newest sport is stand up paddle boarding - love it. I love anything outdoors, I do not get scared away form rain and love going to the beach either watching a winter storm or sun bathing in the beautiful hot sun. I love to travel and have been fortunate to have travelled to some fantastic places. I've been all over the world but Tofino and Whistler are my favourite places.

One of my perfect dates would be to go for a cross country ski or snow shoeing with or without a wine skin (just incase we are not working out enough and we need a little extra warmth!) then back to a beautiful dinner in front of a roaring fire! Or, something that involves some outdoor fun.
