I'm a father of two amazing kids who is separated and looking for someone to spend time with. I enjoy getting outdoors to go camping, hiking, or just for a walk or bike ride.. but a quite night in watching a movie with the kids can be hard to beat sometimes. That's about all I've got for now.. I might add more later. After trying this and others.

My friends would describe me as witty, funny, outgoing, caring and adventurous. I love music...singing loudly (to the howls of my children, begging me to please stop) and dancing to the beat of my own drummer. It is how I live my life. I tend towards being very extroverted in personality, but can be very introspective as well.
I am silly, and love to jest and poke fun. If you aren't able to laugh at yourself (or at me...or WITH ME)...then you are best to move on. A sense of humor is perhaps at the very top of my list of must-have's, as laughter is all we sometimes have to get us through tough times. Beyond that, a positive attitude, strong morals and a solid sense of self are must haves.
I am a little oddball at times. Visibly tattooed, outspoken, definitely curvy and (mostly) pretty darned comfortable with myself. It is really important to me that I am accepted for who I AM not who you want me to be. I am what I am! For me, I don't have a "type". Positive personality traits far surpass what I might look for physically in a man.
My main passion in life is the social activism and international development work I have done in the last few years. It is really important to me to carry on with my projects, both here and abroad, so an interest in travel and humanitarian projects is a huge asset!
I do have children, and they are my heart and soul. Everything I do, I do with them in mind.
I am a mother, a friend, a derby girl, a crafter, a humanitarian, a social activist and through all of this I wear my heart PROUDLY on my sleeve.
I am not on the "HUNT". Casual chatting is kind of nice, and something we all can use a little more of, so don't be afraid to say hi. I promise I won't take that as a marriage proposal! For the next little while I am more interested in friendship, and if something develops from that, then fantastic. If not, that is cool as well :) It all has to start somewhere, doesn't it?
