Date someone special from White Rock, Canada. I believe that those closest to me would describe me as honest, forthright, a lot of fun to be with and sometimes blunt! I have a great sense of humour, and not too much offends me. I can have a good laugh about amost anything! Although not an "accomplishment" , I am most proud of my ability to have provided a stable home and financial life for my daughter and myself. I have an incredible ability to step up to the plate and create a lifestyle that I can be proud of. I would like to meet a person who could appreciate my strengths, be a source of strenght for me as well. I have the ability to "show up" when required at events that are important and enjoy myself, I would be considered quite extroverted by most, however, I am most comfortable in the role as a mother, but find myself transitioning into a new role and trying to discover myself again and my interests since my daughter is almost 16 years old and growing up. My social life has previously been quite limited since my daughter is a competative swimmer and it is a lifestyle that demands a commitment level which at times excludes my personal social life in order to meet her needs. Types of things I loved to do prior to parenthood and in the near future when my daughter is off to college would include but are not limited to: travelling almost anywhere ( I prefer warmer climates), but am very interested in exploring different cultures, architecture, and history. I played a variety of sports however due to a leg injury while attempting to play hockey 10 years ago, I am somewhat limited in what I can do or try. I also enjoy watching NFL football, NBA or NHL playoff games and can't wait to watch the Olympics this summer... especially the swimmming! I 've spent time boating and really enjoy that too., would love to learn to fish. Spent a couple of years in my twenties living in the Domincan Republic, so I am fluent in Spanish ( or as my friends say " dominican") and don't always see my future necessarily lliving the rest of my life in the lower mainland...just think that there's so many other places to explore. Not ready to retire anytime soon, I am blessed to have a career that I love an am very passionate about. Would like to meet someone who is established and happy and proud of his life and accomplishments. Someone who is confident, capable, kind, a good communicator, and interested in a true, honest relationship.
Meet a soulmate from White Rock, Canada. Yes, I have 4 degrees, but I am no smarty pants. I work hard and I play hard. I competed in varsity sports both nationally and internationally while at university (volleyball and track and field, mainly). I was a 400 m sprinter for track and field and played power hitter and middle blocker in volleyball. I am NOT 6 feet tall, but I can jump. Must have been all those years of ballet. I actually chose university over a career with a ballet company at 18 years old and every so often I strap on the point shoes just to see if I can still do it. I grew up with brothers so I have had to keep up all my life (this is where the 'drive' kicks in)...dirt biking, waterskiing, scuba diving, parachuting, rock climbing, barrel racing, pole bending, repelling, caving, bungy jumping, you name it.
I am a professional woman and as such I can also clean up and be presentable. I love to ride my horse, I enjoy the great outdoors and all the finer things in life. I enjoy someone with a good sense of humour...someone who makes me laugh and doesn't take themselves too seriously. I am not one to primp in the mirror....I assure you that my brothers would never wait for something like that. I do not enjoy shopping...too much life to live outside. I would rather play a game of football on the beach. I am grateful for good health, my one little girl who is now 7 years old, friends and family. My friends are people who can laugh at themselves and circumstances that make life interesting. I am looking for someone who has a great deal of integrity who doesn't sweat the small stuff. Life is too short to be too serious, but I am all for getting serious when the mood is right.
I am always most passionate about the people I love. I have my integrity intact, I am honest, trustworthy, responsible, and spontaneous. I work to live and not the other way around.

I am a very fun, loving caring person who loves the outdoors, energetic, loves animals and very down to earth. I have a Jeep and when the opportunity arrives I love to go off-roading with my kids and my Jeep friends..so to speak.
I have two beautiful children who make me laugh all the time and I enjoy hanging out with them and taking them on vacations. They are my number one priority if life and taking care of there well being...but I also have to think of myself too.
My kids are my priority in life and they are part of me forever, so if you are not into kids then you will not be a part of me.
I am hoping to attract someone with the same values and happy go lucky free spirit that I am.
I enjoy going for walks on the beach or anywhere really..going to movies, dinner out or just staying at home cooking a nice dinner with a nice bottle of wine, cuddling on the couch and just listening to how each others day went.
